Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes — we deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.99. Delivery is free on all orders over £35.
How does cash on delivery work?
You place your order online and pay nothing upfront. When your parcel arrives, you pay the total in cash to the courier. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
Do I need to pay online or give card details?
No. We don’t take any payment online — everything is paid in cash on delivery.
What if I’m not home when my parcel arrives?
The courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or leave your parcel at a safe location, depending on the courier’s policy. We’ll share tracking details so you know when to expect it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page or on +44 7848 114059. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll change or cancel it for you free of charge.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
