Every order is packed and dispatched from Leeds, UK. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all UK addresses — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don’t currently deliver outside the UK.

Payment on delivery

We don’t take payment online. You pay the order total in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives — please have the amount ready. If you refuse the delivery, the order is cancelled and no charge is made.

Tracking your order

We’ll confirm dispatch by email or text message where you’ve provided contact details, along with tracking information so you know when to expect your parcel.

Not going to be home?

The courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery, or leave your parcel at a safe location, depending on the courier’s policy.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
