Nazim Trader LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), Company No. 16787690, 26 Hares Avenue, LS8 4LQ, Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with UK GDPR.

What data we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order details, and any messages you send us. We do not collect or store payment card details — all orders are paid in cash on delivery.

How we use your data

We use your data to: process and deliver your order; contact you about your order (dispatch updates, delivery arrangements); respond to your enquiries; and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (running the shop and responding to customers), and legal obligation (tax records).

Sharing your data

We share your name, address and phone number with our delivery courier so they can deliver your order. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Enquiry messages are kept for up to 2 years. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; ask us to delete your data (where we have no legal reason to keep it); restrict or object to processing; and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our Contact page.

Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies to run the shopping basket and checkout. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will ask for your consent first.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first via our Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
