1. About us

2. Products and prices

All product descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay on delivery, plus the stated delivery fee.

3. Orders

Placing an order through our checkout is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we dispatch your order, and will confirm dispatch by email or text message where contact details are provided. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to your address.

4. Payment — cash on delivery

We do not take payment online. You pay the order total in cash to the courier when your parcel is delivered. Please have the amount ready. If you refuse the delivery, the order is cancelled and no charge is made.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days and costs £3.99; delivery is free on orders over £35. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during busy periods.

6. Returns and cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason — see our Return Policy for details.

7. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
